About the event
We are excited to share a call for papers for a forthcoming special issue of the International Journal of Forensic Mental Health, titled: Cultural Safety and Indigenous-Led Change in Forensic Mental Health Services.
This issue aims to highlight Indigenous-led or ethically co-developed research focused on transforming forensic mental health and legal systems through cultural safety, systemic change, and Indigenous authority. We are inviting original research, evaluations, theoretical pieces, and reviews that address critical issues and reimagine forensic or correctional practices through Indigenous knowledge, relational approaches, and wellness-based frameworks.
