About the event

IHEART aims to improve Native American health and education outcomes by encouraging regional collaborations of pathways programs for Native American students within each of the Indian Health Service regions in the United States: East Coast/Southern Plains, Southwest, Northern Plains, Alaska/Northwest and California/Pacific Islands. Members of the regional collaboratives aim to assess their region-specific Native American pathways programs and the needs of Native American students and their educators in the region. The national alliance meets regularly and organizes two national summits each year.

If you have multiple programs at one organization that you would like to register, you will need to complete this form for each individual program. There will be a link provided at the end of the form to begin a new form.

The IHEART map highlights programs that center Indigenous students. If your program does not center Indigenous students, IHEART may choose to promote it in a different way. Thank you for your partnership!
